My name is Maria Chantelle Tucker (orcagirl.com) and welcome to Orca Nation, a labour of love 10 years in the making. It is my belief that we need to find new ways to raise awareness around the plight of killer whales and life on the planet. Spreading good karma for killer whales is the goal. Remember that we’re all connected so their health is a reflection of our environment and ultimately of our own.
I am an artist and just a person who loves killer whales. I am not involved in science nor do I consider myself an activist. I am however passionate and believe strongly in my work from a spiritual and karmic point of view.
Thank you to all the sources that have integrated this work into the efforts of killer whale protection and recovery. I am often approached by youth who are passionately seeking ways to get involved. I hope this platform will serve as an inspiration for them. They are our future.
